By accessing or using PatX ("the Service"), a product of The Little Dentist ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PatX is a unified analytics dashboard that connects to third-party platforms (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and others) to display your advertising and commerce data in one place. The Service operates in read-only mode— we fetch and display data but never create, modify, or manage your ads, campaigns, or store settings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and connected account tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to use PatX only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
PatX integrates with third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Shopify, etc.) via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or completeness of data provided by third-party APIs.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data displayed will be accurate at all times. Advertising and commerce metrics are fetched from third-party APIs and are subject to their accuracy and availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Little Dentist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
